Create a ZekoraPay account

To get started, the onboarding process has been simplified to perfectly balance speed and strict KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.

Step 1: Basic Registration

1. Go to the app or Web portal.
2. Enter your phone number (in international format) or email address.
3. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent. Validate it.
4. Create a 4-digit secret PIN code.

Step 2: Identity Verification (KYC)

To unlock daily transfer limits, you need to verify your identity:

• Take a photo of your ID (National ID, Passport).
• Take a brief verification selfie/video.
• Once validated manually or automatically, your account status changes to Verified.

Profile Types

• Standard: Default profile (Individual).
• Agent: ZekoraPay partner handling cash deposits/withdrawals for others.
• Merchant/Enterprise: Requires business documents (Trade Register, NUI) to receive payments and access the API.
