Deposits and Withdrawals

ZekoraPay allows you to top up your wallet and withdraw your funds in several secure ways.

Making a Deposit (Cash-In)

1. Via Mobile Money (MTN / Orange): Enter the amount, choose the operator, enter your mobile money number and validate via the USSD prompt on your phone.
2. Via Bank Card (Visa/Mastercard): Enter your card details in an encrypted 3D Secure interface.
3. Via Zekora Agent (Cash): Find the nearest agent in the app, scan their Cash QR Code, and hand over your physical cash in exchange for electronic money.

Making a Withdrawal (Cash-Out)

1. To Mobile Money: Transfer your wallet balance to any compatible mobile phone number in the region.
2. To a Bank Account: Withdrawal by traditional bank transfer (business days).
3. At an Agent: Initiate the operation on the app and withdraw physical money at a Zekora relay point.
